3 Vampires in a bar

Three vampires walk into a bar and take a seat behind the main bar.
The first vampire tells the bartender that he’d like some cow blood.
The second says he’d like some human blood.
The third asks for a mug of hot water.
Shocked, the other two vampires ask why he wants hot water.
The third vampire replies that he wants some tea, and pulls out a used tampon.
