Brain Shop

One day, a mad scientist had almost finished creating his evil monster, except he was missing one key component- a brain. Feeling too lazy to spend another few months making one himself, he decides to go to the local brain shop and buy one.

His plan is to make his creature a male, so he looks at all of the male brains. He sees one he likes, so he asks the owner for a price.

“Oh that? It’s $200.”

”$200?<img src="?" alt="" />” says the scientist incredulously. The price is surprisingly low. “Okay, how much is this one?”

“That one’s $205.”

The scientist very surprised. He asks the price of every male brain in the store. They’re all around $200 or so. He buys the one he likes, and begins to head out the door, still slightly confused.

On his way out, he spots a brain on the other side of the store. It’s in bullet-proof case, with gold lining and everything. The price tag on it reads $100,000.

“Why is that one so much?” he asks, turning to the owner again.

“It’s a woman’s brain,” he explains.

“I’m guessing the price is so high because it’s never been used?” the scientist says with a slight snicker.

“No, it’s actually because it’s the only one we’ve got,” says the other man, shaking his head. “It’s actually very used; it used to be the cheapest one in the whole store. But then a few years ago, we started getting men’s brains shipped in like crazy and the whole supply-demand thing caused the prices to shift.”

“Why is that? Is there, like, a higher death rate for men or something?”

“No,” says the shop owner gravely. “You see, the problem began because more men have started giving up their brains when they’re still alive.”

This joke is for that guy who posted the joke with all the girls being changed into boys by the genie when they asked to be smarter. >:( Really, I’d say that there are a bunch of idiots on both sides. ;)
