Democratic Hobo

Ok, so a dad and his daughter are going to a store, and on the way there they see a hobo on the side of the store begging for food. The daughter is in the stage where she cares about people a lot, so she asks the dad if they can buy some food for the hobo and bring it out to him. The dad says “no, but I have a better idea. When we get home, you can rake the leaves and do some other yard work, then I can pay you $50.” The daughter starred at her father for a few seconds and said, “Dad, if I can do that, why cant the hobo come here and do that himself for the money?” The dad then replied, “Welcome to the Republican Party.”
